All you need is an Internet Connection and MS Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher. Since you access PrecisionTRAK via the Internet, you can run your business from anywhere in the world! PrecisionTRAK contains an extremely detailed customer management system featuring Multiple locations with room sizes, multiple contacts, detailed map views, referral tracking, several notes fields including customer rapport, Alerts, financial info, complete service history as well as currently scheduled jobs and more. You have access to every detail about each customer with the click of the mouse. With our detailed search feature and summary pages, you'll be able to track your customers with ease and at lightning speed.

Scheduling & Routing
Scheduling and routing is extremely fast with PrecisionTRAK. You'll find it easy to add, edit and view detailed job info with the multiple scheduling views available. View all your teams on a single page with DayView or view an entire week or months worth of scheduled jobs. There's even a Holding Area for planned jobs that aren't actually scheduled yet. With a couple clicks, you can schedule a customer or even create a new customer profile and schedule a job from the same page. You also have access to convert work orders into invoices directly from  the job detail page.

Work Orders, Invoices & Quotes
Generate Quotes with blazing speed. Generate an Invoice via four different methods;(Schedule,Previous,Quotes & Blank). It only takes minutes to generate and print out invoices which can even be done on-site! If you want to generate all your invoices at once when you're done for the day, a simple click will process all your completed jobs and print them out for mailing. You can even email your invoices to your customers if you wish.

Complaint/REDO Tracking
Make sure your customers stay happy with Complaint and REDO tracking. Using the PrecisionTRAK Callback feature,  you can select a date range to generate a call list composed of completed jobs and if a customer has a complaint, you can record it and schedule a Redo if required. Complaints are also tied to your technicians so you can tell who is not performing up to par with a full Complaint History by employee report.

The Callbacks feature can also generate a Prospect Follow-up and a Service Reminder list so you can alert your customers that you are coming.

Task List
PrecisionTRAK features an easy to use Task List for those important things you need to get done or to remind yourself and employees to do. The Task list is also available from the schedule page so you can see at an instant, what needs to be done that day.

A timestamp and auto assigning From field indicates who entered what message and when - down to the second.

You don't want all your employees to be able to access every part of your business info. With 4 different levels of security, you control who can access your sensitive information. You access our system over a secure connection utilizing secure socket layer (SSL protocol). Your data is backed up 3 times daily. Our climate controlled datacenter is fully redundant with power supplied via 3 separate power grids. Battery backups and a generator capable of providing 30 hours worth of full capacity provide the highest level of protection available in the industry.

And if all this wasn't enough, we also provide the ability for you to download your database to your local machine so you will always have access to your information - even if you cannot connect to the Internet for some reason. You can rest assured, your data is safe.

PrecisionTRAK is a Subscription Based service. Once you sign up, you have the option to pay monthly, quarterly or on a yearly basis. 1, 2 & 3 year contracts are discounted. If you are on our month to month plan, you may cancel your service at any time with no obligation. This allows you to try out PrecisionTRAK without making a large investment up front. Try PrecisionTRAK out for 1 month FREE. If you are not satisfied, cancel your subscription and you owe nothing. If you like using PrecisionTRAK, signup for a year or more and you'll save $$$. Or continue on a month-to-month basis.

PrecisionTRAK Turnkey Package (TBD)
	Our Turnkey Package consists of a PrecisionTRAK subscription and 1 or more PocketSurfer mobile Internet devices. The PocketSurfer is an affordable, laptop like device that allows you to access the Internet using your existing cell phone service. Now you can afford to give all your employees mobile access!

PrecisionTRAK Server Edition (TBD)
	With the PrecisionTRAK Server Edition, we install and configure a web server and the complete PrecisionTRAK system on your computer. The Server Edition is completely networkable and if you have a static IP address with your Internet provider, you can provide mobile access to your system for all your employees - just like our subscription service but you are in control.
